Refund Policy

A. Marketplace (P2P) Transactions

  • For P2P listings, refunds/returns are arranged directly between buyer and seller.
  • Golf Fan Fair does not issue refunds for P2P transactions but may help facilitate communication between parties.

B. GFF Pro Shop (B2C) Purchases

  • If you are not satisfied, you may request a return/refund within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Non-refundable: clearance/final-sale items, personalized goods, and items marked non-returnable unless defective or misdescribed.

C. How to Request a Refund (Pro Shop)

  • Email hello@golffanfair.com with your order number, item, and reason.
  • After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

D. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
