Welcome to Golf Fan Fair (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using https://www.golffanfair.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General

• The Site and services are operated by Golf Fan Fair Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202522634E), registered in Singapore at 1 Tampines North Drive 1 #08-46, Singapore 528559.
• These Terms govern your use of our peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace and the GFF Pro Shop (B2C) store.

2. Marketplace Services

• The P2P marketplace is a platform where buyers and sellers connect. We are not the seller of P2P items. Sellers are responsible for their listings, pricing, fulfilment, and compliance.
• For GFF Pro Shop purchases, Golf Fan Fair Pte. Ltd. is the seller of record.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information when registering, listing, purchasing, or selling.
• Comply with applicable laws (e.g., authenticity of goods, no prohibited or counterfeit items).

4. Fees & Payments

• Any fees, shipping charges, or payment processing costs are shown at checkout or before you confirm a transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on the Site belong to Golf Fan Fair Pte. Ltd. and may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• For marketplace (P2P) transactions, we act only as an intermediary and are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.
• For Pro Shop transactions, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
